Fee for package: $800.00

This package suits ceremonies of any size and in any venue.

Package inclusions:

  • My professional services as a celebrant at your ceremony.
  • A beautifully written, personal ceremony created just for you.
  • Face to face meetings as needed, before your rehearsal, at a venue convenient for you.
  • Assistance with writing your vows.
  • The provision of my Marriage Resource kit which includes:
    • guidance on ceremony structure – what is legally required and what is adaptable
    • suggested rituals
    • examples of vows
    • suggested readings.
  • Telephone and email consultations as required.
  • My travel to a distance of 120km from Torquay for meetings, rehearsals and the ceremony is included.
  • A beautifully printed, keepsake copy of your wedding ceremony.
  • Supply and lodgement of all legal paperwork.
  • A rehearsal at your wedding venue, covering all ceremonial elements and choreography, from wedding party entrance to exit.
  • On your big day, yours will be the only ceremony I have booked. Having agreed all the details of the ceremony in advance, I will be at the venue well ahead of time to ensure everything is set up professionally and runs smoothly.
  • I would be pleased to be one of your team, greeting your guests beforehand and assisting your photographer to gather family and friends for photos afterwards.
  • Clear and professional presentation of your ceremony, with the use of a PA system as required.
  • Provision of tables, chairs and table cloths, for rituals and signing legal documents, as required.
  • My arrival at the venue one hour prior to the ceremony.
  • My commitment that I will not book another wedding on the same day.
  • A professionally printed Couple’s Marriage Certificate in an elegant calligraphy font.

SIMPLY SPECIAL WEDDING CEREMONIES, VOW RENEWALS AND COMMITMENTS

Fee for package:  $550.00

This package is suitable for intimate ceremonies, with up to 10 people present including your 2 witnesses, at a home venue or local park.

Package inclusions:

  • My professional services as a celebrant at your ceremony.
  • With this package, I provide a beautifully written, hand crafted ceremony script.
  • Assistance with writing and personalising your vows.
  • You have the option of personalising your vows and adding a reading of your choice.
  • A rehearsal and use of my PA if required.
  • Telephone and email consultations as required.
  • We will have one face-to-face meeting before your wedding, at a venue convenient for you, plus a rehearsal where necessary.
  • Travel up to 50km from Torquay, for the pre-meeting, rehearsal and the ceremony is included in the package.
  • Supply and lodgement of all legal paperwork.
  • Clear and professional presentation of your ceremony.
  • A professionally printed Couple’s Marriage Certificate.
  • My attention to detail will ensure the smooth and professional delivery of your ceremony.

Additional services – subject to quotation:

  • Use of my home in Torquay for the ceremony
  • Travel over 50 km from Torquay
  • Provision of tables, chairs and table cloths, for rituals and signing legal documents, as required.

LIFE CELEBRATIONS

Fee for package: subject to quotation

This package is suitable for naming ceremonies, significant birthdays, house warmings, graduations and other life transitions.

Package inclusions:

  • A beautifully written, personal ceremony created just for you.
  • Provision of resources, including guidance on ceremony structure and ideas for rituals, readings and music.
  • Face to face meetings, as required, to plan your ceremony.
  • Telephone and email consultations as required.
  • Travel up to 50km from Torquay, for meetings, rehearsal and ceremony.
  • A professionally printed Celebratory Certificate in an elegant calligraphy font.
  • A rehearsal at your venue, covering all ceremonial elements including choreography.
  • Clear and professional presentation of your ceremony, with the use of a PA system as required.
  • Provision of tables, chairs and table cloths as required for rituals and signings.
  • My arrival at the venue one hour prior to the ceremony.
  • Working as part of your team to greet guests and help photographers as required.
